一、数字产品交付方式 / Digital Product Delivery

1. 交付时间 / Delivery Time

  • 付款成功后立即获得访问权限
  • 您将在5分钟内收到包含课程访问链接的确认邮件
  • 如未收到邮件，请检查垃圾邮件文件夹或联系 support@bladeflow.eu

Instant Access:

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
  • You will receive a confirmation email with course access link within 5 minutes
  • If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@bladeflow.eu

2. 访问方式 / Access Method

购买完成后，您可以通过以下方式访问课程：

✓ 登录账户： 使用购买时的邮箱登录 bladeflow.eu
✓ 邮件链接： 点击确认邮件中的"访问课程"按钮
✓ 账户中心： 在"我的课程"页面查看所有已购课程

Access Options:

  • Log in to your account at bladeflow.eu using your purchase email
  • Click "Access Course" in your confirmation email
  • View all purchased courses in your account dashboard under "My Courses"

3. 设备要求 / Device Requirements

课程可在以下设备上访问：

  • 📲 平板电脑

浏览器要求：

二、下载内容 / Downloadable Content

下载限制：

  • 下载内容仅供个人学习使用
  • 禁止分享、转售或公开传播
  • 部分文件可能有水印或加密保护

Download Policy:

  • Supplementary materials (PDFs, templates, notes) are available for download
  • Downloads are for personal use only
  • Sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited

三、访问期限 / Access Duration

终身访问 / Lifetime Access

除非另有说明，所有课程购买后享有终身访问权，包括：

  • ✅ 无限次重复观看
  • ✅ 免费获取课程更新内容
  • ✅ 访问课程社区（如适用）

例外情况：

  • 如课程被标记为"限时访问"，具体期限将在产品页面明确说明
  • 账户违规或滥用可能导致访问权限被撤销

Lifetime Access:

  • Unlimited replays and course updates (unless specified otherwise)
  • Access may be revoked in case of account violations

全球访问 / Global Access

我们的数字课程面向全球用户开放，无地理限制。

语言支持：

  • 主要课程语言：中文（简体/繁体）
  • 部分课程提供英文字幕或双语版本

时区说明：

  • 所有时间均以 CET（中欧时间） 为准
  • 直播课程时间将在课程页面注明当地时区转换

Global Availability:

  • Courses are accessible worldwide with no geographic restrictions
  • Primary language: Chinese (Simplified/Traditional)
  • All times displayed in CET (Central European Time)

六、退款与访问撤销 / Refunds and Access Revocation

数字产品特殊说明：

由于数字产品的特殊性，一旦您访问课程内容或下载材料，将无法退货。

符合退款条件的情况：

  • ✓ 技术故障导致无法访问（购买后7天内）
  • ✓ 课程内容与描述严重不符
  • ✓ 未开始学习且未下载任何材料（购买后48小时内）

七、账户安全 / Account Security

保护您的访问权限：

⚠️ 请勿分享您的登录凭证

  • 每个账户仅限购买者本人使用
  • 检测到账户共享将导致访问权限被暂停
  • 如需多人使用，请购买企业版或团队许可

密码安全建议：

  • 使用强密码（至少8位，包含字母、数字、符号）
  • 定期更换密码
  • 启用双因素认证（如可用）

Account Security:

  • One account per purchaser - sharing credentials is prohibited
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • Account sharing may result in access suspension

八、课程更新与维护 / Course Updates and Maintenance
